After being a loyal customer of one insurance company for 19 years I was VERY reluctant to switch. I was referred to Caitlyn Turgeon and asked for a quote from a particular company. She quickly responded Asking for all our specific information asking our needs. She responded providing us quotes from two different agencies. The one we had requested and another that she found to be better suited for our needs. We were able to change provider increase our overall coverage and still say $1400 a year. She could have just made more money on the more expensive policy. But instead she looked out for our best interests and offered us another option which is ultimately what we chose.
