HBL has been my agent since I moved to New Hampshire. I have had two cars totaled ( not my fault either time ) and they have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

Caitlyn Turgeon has been a rockstar throughout my last mishap. I felt Progressive was slow in some of their responses, one call to Caitlyn and my emails and phone calls were being returned almost immediately. She is someone who truly goes the extra mile to make sure you are being taken care of.

Wonderful help from Jeremy Lovett again! It's always such an easy, stress-free process to update our insurance, or deal with an occasional claim. Now my oldest son has his own car and his own policy and it was super easy, even for a 22-yr old who's busy and doesn't like paperwork much. HBL is the best insurance agency I've ever used!

Last year my rate was going to go up a significant amount by no fault of my own and they had already had a list of quote...s they were working on when I called to find out why my rate was raising. Whenever I have had a question or concern someone has always been there to help me out. Jeremy took care of me back in 2009 when I ran into some of the issues and needed insurance quickly. My family will always be insured through HBL!
