After being a loyal customer of one insurance company for 19 years I was VERY reluctant to switch. I was referred to Caitlyn Turgeon and asked for a quote from a particular company. She quickly responded Asking for all our specific information asking our needs. She responded providing us quotes from two different agencies. The one we had requested and another that she found to be better suited for our needs. We were able to change provider increase our overall coverage and still say $1400 a year. She could have just made more money on the more expensive policy. But instead she looked out for our best interests and offered us another option which is ultimately what we chose. Outstanding, personal service with a phenomenal price. Over the past 20 years, I’ve always gone direct to the large companies and mainly USAA for my insurance needs. Over the past few years, I’ve noticed prices continue to go up with no explanation while customer service went down. This time, HBL was recommended by a friend and I worked directly with Caitlyn Turgeon. She was incredible, took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything in detail to ensure I knew what I was getting, and she was super responsive to both email and calls. Not once did I have to talk to a call tree, or wait on some automated system. She crushed all competitors and I received more coverage for less money then anyone else could come close to while making the entire process simple and quick.
